All items purchased from Cleanse & Co are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact Sendle directly via support@sendle.com. However, if you still require assistance please contact us via hello@cleanseandco.com.au.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at hello@cleanseandco.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Cleanse & Co.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are free nationwide, except some special circumstances that the fee will be charged and the customers will be informed in advance.

SHIPPING TIME
We pledge to deliver the products within 7 days from the day the order is placed successfully.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
3-4 days if customers are in the city and urban area.
4-7 days if the customers are in the remote rural area.
Please note that the delivery time will be longer than expected during holidays or when disaster strikes.

Customers are advised to check the products before paying in order that you can give timely feedback if there is any mistake.
If the products are damaged in transit, our shop will be responsible for sending you a new package (same products). You just need to return us the damaged ones.

At Velare, we aim to provide high-quality perfumes and excellent service. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to assist you.

I. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Damaged or Defective Items – If the perfume arrives broken, leaked, or defective.
✅ Wrong Item Received – If you receive an incorrect product.
✅ Incomplete Order – If your order is missing an item.

📌 Returns will NOT be accepted for:
❌ Change of mind.
❌ Used or opened perfumes (unless proven defective upon unboxing).

Unboxing Video Requirement for Returns
To process your return request, you must provide a clear unboxing video that:
📍 Starts from the moment you open the parcel (before unsealing it).
📍 Shows the waybill with your name and order details clearly visible.
📍 Captures the issue (damaged, wrong item, or missing product).

⚠️ No unboxing video = No return acceptance. This is to ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent claims.

How to Request a Return
1️⃣ Report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

- Order number
- The required unboxing video
- A brief description of the issue
3️⃣ Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions.

📦 Return Shipping: If a return is approved, we will cover the shipping fee for eligible cases.

We only process refunds in the following cases:

✅ The item is out of stock and a replacement is not available.
✅ The return request is approved, and the customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued via GCash, bank transfer, or original payment method within 7-10 business days.
